Refund Policy

All sales are final, and Encompass Design LLC will have no obligation to provide returns or refunds on any service. Any and all services and products provided by Encompass Design LLC are unique and specific to each client's project.  Thus, the service fees and pricing for services will be unique to the needs of each project.  Encompass Design will operate with every intention to provide quality service with each project, but will assume no liability or obligation to refund payments.  In very rare or special circumstances, Encompass Design LLC may decide to reimburse payment or return fees to a client at Encompass Design LLC's sole discretion.  Any reimbursement or return on a specific project will not establish company policy, and will not imply any future reimbursement or return on the same project or any future projects.
