Encompass Design LLC, it's website at www.encompassdesign.biz, and employees will only gather information relevant to the client's projects.  Any and all information gathered will be saved and used for project service purposes.  Encompass Design LLC will make every attempt to protect and safeguard the personal information of it's clients.  Encompass Design LLC will not share personal information with any third parties without the prior consent of the individuals involved.  However, Encompass Design LLC will assume no liability for any data or information that may be stolen, gathered, or gleaned by any third parties during the project or services rendered by Encompass Design.
