- Full walk through of interiors and design elements including counters, tile, lighting, plumbing fixtures, appliances, etc.-
03 Construction Documents
- Final review of work to date - Completion of Construction Documents (blueprints) to biddable/buildable level -
- Completion of scheduling or specifications as needed to ensure accurate bid/build process. -

- Designer on hand through Construction: Foundations, Framing, Rough-in, Cladding, and Interior finishing, -
- Designer on hand for shopping/choices for interior furnishings, window treatments, and accessories
